Eyeforpharma adopts an Event App innovative approach for its annual congress

The 8th Annual Congress Eyeforpharma Latin America which was held in Miami, FL in May 2014, brought together commercial pharma executives and other experts from the pharmaceutical industry to exchange ideas, contacts and experiences.
The novelty this year: an Event App specially developed for the Event by Angage to increase interactivity and engagement between attendees during 2 days conference.
During the Congress, 59,5% of participants downloaded the mobile application with an average of 75 pages views per person.

I wasn’t expecting such an intuitive App; it’s easy to use and motivating for participants; I was pleasantly surprised. Collaborators were really responsive to this new technology and used it both before and during the Event via their tablets & Smartphones. Participants enjoyed being able to evaluate each session and presentation.
I was very satisfied by the use of the Event App which allowed us to boost interactivity during the Congress. Giving access to the event’s information such as the program, the speakers’ list, the floor plan etc… on participants’ own device was actually really helpful. The App gave the conference a modern hint.
