New : Not only can you save drafts, but you can also use them as templates and share them with your team!

Create your templates

Did you know you could create template on Angage.live? Indeed, when you create a post or a poll (or anything you like), you can either publish it instantly or save it for later. If you decide to save it, then your post gets stored in your templates. You can go back to your templates as many times as you'd like, edit them, delete them, publish them and now... share them with your team!

In the templates section, you will find different categories :

• My templates

• Team templates

• Angage templates (soon)

As an organiser, how do I share my templates with my team?

Share your templates with your team

We are so excited to let you know that you can now share all those beautiful drafts, catchy phrases, welcome messages and templates to the rest of your team!

This applied to organisers who have purchased multiples admin licenses to assign to other team members.

You want to share one of your templates? Nothing is simpler! All you have to do is to click on the 3 dots in the corner of your template and click on "Share (Team)". This template will automatically appear in the Team templates section, thus becoming visible to all the organising team as well. It also stays under "My templates".

What if my team members want to edit the template I have shared?

Well, any team member can indeed edit shared templates to make their own version. In that case, their edited version will land under their templates,but the initially shared template will remain unchanged. The edited version can then be shared to the team if this is what the team member who changed it wants!
